This was a getaway from the big city life in Lima and a chance to show our visiting college kids some of Peru. Cuesta de Cayma is one of the upper end hostels in Arequipa. They were very helpful setting up transportation through radio taxi's and any activities we wanted. They are oriented to the tourist market so if you are visiting Peru or Arequipa for the first time they can guide you toward the must see things as well as getting you arranged for anything outside the usual tours. A conversational level of spanish is required if you want to interact with the staff past the basics.
